Marketing Specialist

EREIM is a management company for alternative investment funds for real estate. We are looking for a practical, creative and hands-on Marketing Specialist to manage our day-to-day marketing activities and help us communicate clearly with investors, business partners and the wider market.

Key Responsibilities

·       Create, publish and manage content for EREIM’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels;

·       Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and investor-facing content;

·       Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters;

·       Update website content and support basic digital marketing activities;

·       Set up, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns;

·       Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, efficiency and everyday marketing work;

·       Monitor marketing results and suggest practical improvements;

·       Maintain a consistent and professional EREIM brand identity across all channels.

Profile

·       Fluent in Serbian and English, written and spoken;

·       Practical experience in marketing and social media;

·       Experience in real estate or a professional background in the real estate sector;

·       Comfortable working with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar;

·       Interest in real estate investments and business;

·       Affinity towards AI and willingness to actively use AI tools in everyday work;

·       Good writing and communication skills;

·       Organized, proactive, independent, flexible and comfortable working in a small team.
