Master Data Intern

We are hiring Master Data Interns!

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented students to support our Finance / Master Data team with vendor and customer data cleansing activities within our newly established Finance Shared Service Center. This temporary position is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in data quality, finance operations, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Review and clean vendor and customer master data in internal systems
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete records
• Validate key data fields (e.g. names, addresses, tax information, payment terms)
• Support data standardization according to internal guidelines
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify missing or incorrect data
• Maintain documentation of changes and cleansing activities
• Support ad‑hoc master data and reporting tasks as required

Requirements: 

• Student or recent graduate in Economics, Business, or related
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation preferred)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data responsibly
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams
• Basic understanding of finance or master data concepts is an advantage
