Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize inventory, raw materials, finished products, and other supply chain operations that impact costs;
• Performs timely procurement of materials and services related to production as needed;Provides support in production planning, ensuring timely production plans and work orders to meet customer needs;
• Provides support in material planning to secure necessary material stocks, considering optimal transportation costs, best supplier selection, inventory levels, and quality of delivered materials;
• Is responsible for the quality, accuracy, precision, transparency, and timeliness of their work (as well as achieving goals in terms of operational improvements within departments);
• Creates requests for local procurement, receives goods, and confirms that goods have arrived as ordered;
• Establishes and maintains cooperation and communication between production planning, material planning, production, warehouse, and delivery departments to ensure adequate and timely information flow;
• Coordinates work with freight forwarding and customs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations;
• Performs timely procurement of materials and services related to production as needed;
• Monitors all costs incurred by departmental activities (freight forwarding, transportation, purchased materials, services provided for production purposes) and reports them to superiors;
• Resolves issues with non-conforming raw materials in coordination with incoming quality control and communicates with suppliers;
• Supervises warehouse operations to ensure timely receipt, production supply, finished goods dispatch, and waste shipment;
• Oversees the delivery system of finished products to customers to maintain the stated level of customer service at the lowest possible transportation cost;
• Oversees internal logistics within the business unit to ensure efficient handling of all processes (loading and unloading, continuous and timely supply of production lines);
• Ensures all handling equipment is in satisfactory condition and always available for smooth process execution;
• Creates standard and periodic reports;
• Performs other tasks as instructed by the supervisor that correspond to their occupation and qualifications, in cases of temporary absence of another employee, temporary workload increase, or other justified situations.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience 
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to identify basic problems, collect relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good
• judgment and responsible use
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
