Material Process Clerk

Join a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will manage material flow on the shopfloor, work daily in SAP, and collaborate closely with Production, Planning, and Supply Chain teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive material optimization, improve processes, and actively contribute to operational excellence.

Working within a flexible working environment, where the main duties are following: 

• Responsible for all activities related to the material flow - material management and control in shopfloor as in-out processes 
• SAP usage MM modul regular usage 
• Production Plan monitoring in cooperation with Planning team 
• Daily SAP(ERP) usage for material analysis, daily and weekly material modifications, checking difference and taking actions whenever needed
• Communication with other departments within SC or with departments as Production, Engineering, Quality team or others 
• Responsible for KNB & Supermarket & other strategy material set-up to updated levels and optimized stock
• Responsible for coordination of Material Handling team
• Implementing of new material flow methods as project management 
• Inventory checking and Stock take responsibilities 
• Analytical tasks – taking initiative as owner of process or making teams for improvements
• Improving with new ideas and projects – optimization projects 
• Responsible for 6S standards of Materials in production 
• Respects company rules
• Performs other tasks by the order of the direct managers

Skills & Experience

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, target-driven environment
• Healthy and excellent attitude toward work and assigned tasks
• Proactive and innovative person, well organized, analytical, with good attention to detail
• Minimum high school education / Faculty degree is an advantage
• ERP system experience is mandatory – SAP or another ERP system relevant to this position
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company or in a similar position related to material flows
• English proficiency: Advanced level
