Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and emails within 24 hours, minimizing voicemail and ensuring timely resolution
  • Provide technical and application support by delivering accurate product information, datasheets, manuals, and drawings
  • Triage and coordinate resolution of customer issues involving pricing, quality, shipping, and service
  • Connect end users with appropriate regional distributors, sales representatives, and eCommerce channels
  • Log customer and sales interactions in Salesforce and route qualified leads to the appropriate team
  • Enter, maintain, and manage sales leads, applications and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Generate, provide and follow up on quotes to customers
  • Ensure compliance with AMETEK policies, procedures and export regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years experience in analog/digital Design, background in high-voltage desired
  • Experience in PCB layout
  • Basic knowledge in EMC immunity is an advantage
  • Able to quickly learn and self teach new skills and technology
  • Maintains a constructive positive attitude in challenging situations
  • Operates effectively under pressure and delivers to agreed timescales
  • Good team player, interested in and able to communicate with other engineering disciplines
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
