We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the road construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge and experience with heavy vehicles, trucks, construction machinery, and mechanical equipment used in road construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet and Machinery Manager.
  • Inspect, maintain, and manage trucks, heavy machinery, and construction equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Monitor the technical condition and performance of machinery.
  • Plan and follow preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Work closely with mechanics, operators, and site teams.
  • Keep maintenance and equipment records up to date.
  • Identify recurring mechanical issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Ensure that machinery is safe, reliable, and ready for operation.
  • Support the efficient use and maintenance of the company’s vehicle and equipment fleet.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience with heavy machinery, trucks, and construction equipment.
  • Good understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and mechanical components.
  • Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy equipment.
  • Practical, hands-on approach to solving mechanical problems.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in road construction or civil engineering projects is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of English.
