POSITION TITLE:     MECHANICAL ENGINEER

ORGANIZATION:      Bechtel-ENKA UK Limited: Morova Motorway Project

LOCATION:               Krusevac, Kraljevo, Serbia

Project:

Morava Corridor Motorway Project (the Project), developed by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure (MoCTI) and located in the West Morava Region of Serbia, is approximately a 112 km length alignment and connects the country from Preljina to Pojate. Construction of the Project will be conducted by Bechtel ENKA UK Limited.

Duties and responsibilities:

• The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment used on the construction site.
• The role involves planning and overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring that equipment complies with safety and operational

Job-Related Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, engines, and heavy construction equipment.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards related to construction equipment.
