- Drive the HCP Ladder of Adoption: Systematically guide target HCPs through the adoption curve on key public health topics by moving them from initial awareness to active engagement and brand advocacy;
- Discover Next-Gen Talent: Identify and proactively engage rising HCPs and forward-thinking leaders who are passionate about driving healthcare transformation beyond standard clinical practice;
- Overcome Access & Engagement Barriers: Develop compelling, high-value value propositions that turn challenging public health topics into engaging, solution-oriented conversations with HCPs;

- Insight Gathering & Data Intelligence: Systematically collect, synthesize, and translate field insights into actionable intelligence that shapes future public health initiatives and organizational strategy;
- End-to-End Ownership: Autonomously drive decision-making, execute targeted pilot initiatives, and take full accountability for delivering measurable results in new HCP engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Dentistry
- 1 – 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry in medical roles

- High Autonomy & Ownership: Operating with high independence and minimal supervision, confident in taking calculated risks and holding full accountability for decision-making and results
