Position summary

The MEP and Electrical Engineer will primarily be responsible for the creation and maintenance of 3D MEP drawings, boom lists, and all technical documentation required for project execution. The role includes the conception and ongoing development of a key indicator system to enhance project planning and control, with a focus on user-oriented delivery of key performance indicators for technical and commercial aspects. Key responsibilities also involve preparing detailed reports, analyses, and presentations in collaboration with the controlling department, conducting process analyses to identify improvement measures, and selecting appropriate medical equipment and layouts for medical rooms. Additionally, the engineer will introduce and maintain planning tools and standards, provide training, and engage in travel and technical meetings with clients for effective project execution.

Responsibilities

• 3D MEP Drawings for modules, routes and boom lists.
• Conception, development, and maintenance of a key indicator system for project planning and control.
• User-oriented provision of key indicators for all technical.
• Prepares of reports, analyses, and presentations in close coordination with the controlling department.
• Process analysis for the development of improvement measures.
• Calculation from input information.
• Technical documentation and function description
• Preparation boom list and equipment selection.
• Introduces and maintenance of planning tools and standards as well as training.
• Defining medical equipment and layout of medical rooms.
• Development of new solutions and optimization of existing ones.

• MS Office

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in this area.
• Knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• License 350, 450
