Motion Designer

Limitless Design Lab is looking for a Motion Designer to join our team.

If you’re into motion, animation, visual storytelling and creating content that actually grabs attentionm, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, fast, detail-oriented and autonomous, with a good eye for composition, timing and current visual trends.

What you’ll be working on

• Creating short-form motion content for social media and digital campaigns
• Bringing static designs, ideas and concepts to life through motion
• Creating dynamic, engaging animations that feel modern and relevant
• Working with typography, transitions, effects, pacing and sound
• Adapting content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Exploring new trends, references and creative approaches in motion design
• Collaborating with designers and the wider creative team

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience in motion design and animation
• Strong understanding of timing, movement, composition and visual hierarchy
• Good sense of what feels current and works in short-form content
• Ability to create engaging motion without overcomplicating the design
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of social media formats and vertical content
• A portfolio that shows your motion work and creative thinking

Bonus points if you

• Know how to make motion feel editorial, premium and visually considered
• Keep up with current motion, social and design trends
• Have experience working with music and sound to drive the pace of an edit
