WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

We are introducing this role to ensure efficient coordination of administrative and financial processes, with a strong focus on supporting procurement activities, enabling smooth communication with relevant stakeholders, and contributing to the timely execution of payments and overall operational continuity. In this position, you will act as a central coordination point for all administrative and finance-related processes, including the preparation and processing of Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), as well as monitoring the full payment workflow from initiation to completion.

This position is part of a technical team responsible for network development, station reconstruction, and maintenance activities. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to modernization projects and strategic development plans, while gaining comprehensive exposure to all phases of civil engineering works and infrastructure project execution.

You will be responsible for maintaining daily communication and coordination with the Finance team and an accounting agency, while providing administrative support to the wider team, particularly in relation to maintenance activities. Additionally, you will oversee and manage payments related to equipment procurement and construction works initiated by the Project Manager.

• Your Background: A fresh graduate, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Economics)
• Your Personality: A strong communicator, eager to learn and grow, highly organized with effective planning skills, and proactive with a hands-on, initiative-driven approach.
• Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
• Language Skills: Advanced English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
• Tech Savvy: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools, and familiarity with Navision is considered an advantage.
