Network & IT Systems Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Network Administrator to own and manage our office IT infrastructure, supporting approximately 100 workstations and users.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the corporate network, including switches, routing, VLANs and network security
• Administer Windows Server / Active Directory: users, groups, GPOs, permissions and domain services
• Manage and support the wireless network (access points, coverage, performance)
• Manage printers and print servers, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Provide day-to-day support for end users and workstations (hardware, software, OS)
• Monitor infrastructure, perform preventive maintenance and handle ongoing faults
• Maintain documentation of the network, assets and configurations
• Work with external vendors and service providers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Network / System Administrator in an organization of similar size
•  Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
•  Experience with managed switches, VLANs and basic routing
•  Experience with wireless networking and printer management
•  Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops and end-user issues
•  Service-oriented, independent, organized and able to prioritize
• Good English (technical reading/writing)

Advantage:

• Relevant certifications (MCSA/MCSE, CCNA or equivalent)
•  Experience with firewalls, VPN, backup systems and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
•  Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
