Key work activities:

• Leading and supervising the Night Audit team, ensuring smooth overnight operations.
• Being the main point of contact during night shift for guests and team members.
• Ensuring all Front Office procedures are followed in line with Moxy and Marriott standards.
• Overseeing check-in/check-out processes, guest relations, and handling escalated guest concerns.
• Supervising daily financial reconciliation and ensuring accuracy of all night audit processes.
• Reviewing and validating reports from day shifts and ensuring proper system closure (End of Day).
• Preparing and analyzing night reports, highlighting any discrepancies or operational issues.
• Ensuring all reservations, billing, and arrivals for the next day are accurate and ready.
• Coordinating closely with Front Office and F&B teams to maintain the Moxy concept and guest experience.
• Training, coaching, and motivating team members during night shifts.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, audits, and legal requirements (including E-turista).

Required qualifications and candidate profile:

• Previous experience in Night Audit or Front Office, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems (OPERA experience is a big plus).
• Good command of English language.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• A natural leader who is positive, approachable, and thrives in a team environment.
