Office and Administration Assistant
Location: Šimanovci
Job description:
- Professional welcoming of clients and visitors, acting as the first point of contact for the company
- Receiving, processing, filing, scanning, printing, and archiving business documentation
- Preparation and issuance of invoices through the SEF system for domestic and international clients
- Managing business correspondence, including email and postal communication
- Processing and administration of import and export documentation
- Communication and coordination with the accounting service, internal teams, and external partners
- Organizing and prioritizing daily administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintaining accurate business records and providing regular administrative support to company management
Required qualifications:
- Minimum IV degree of vocational education
- Previous experience in administrative, office assistant, or similar roles (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Experience in invoicing and administrative documentation management
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office package, with strong Excel skills
- Valid Category B driver's license
- Experience in handling import and export documentation is considered an advantage
