Job Description
- Follow and manage daily finance and accounting operations
- Control invoicing, payment, and collection processes
- Prepare current account tracking and financial reports
- Handle banking transactions and financial documentation processes
- Maintain office financial filing systems and document organization
- Regularly track expense and income records
- Carry out financial and operational tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of total professional experience required
- Experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in construction companies is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Careful, organized, and responsible
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Preferably experienced with accounting software
