We are looking for a team member who will support our finance and accounting processes and manage office operations in an organized and efficient manner.

Job Description

  • Follow and manage daily finance and accounting operations
  • Control invoicing, payment, and collection processes
  • Prepare current account tracking and financial reports
  • Handle banking transactions and financial documentation processes
  • Maintain office financial filing systems and document organization
  • Regularly track expense and income records
  • Carry out financial and operational tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of total professional experience required
  • Experience in finance or accounting
  • Experience in construction companies is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Careful, organized, and responsible
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Preferably experienced with accounting software
