Office Assistant
About Us
We are a consulting company headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, with an expanding international presence. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our Belgrade office.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicating and working directly with clients
* Organizing and preparing documentation for visa and residence permit applications
* Managing administrative documentation and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinating application processes and ensuring all required documents are complete
* Providing administrative support to clients throughout the process
* Performing other office administration tasks as required
Requirements
* University degree
* Minimum one year of relevant work experience
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
* Knowledge of Turkish is considered an advantage
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
