Workforce has partnered with a multinational company which is currently looking for a motivated and qualified candidate for the position of: Office Assistant

Job description:

  • Administration of department databases, systems and worksheets
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Providing information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
  • Management of information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Management of calendars and set up meetings
  • Monitoring daily expenses and weekly preparation of monthly or quarterly reports
  • Information formating for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

  • Experience on similar position
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Candidate profile:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Responsible and hardworking person
