Job Responsibilities:
- Handle employee-related administrative procedures, including PPS, visa and other documentation.
- Support procurement activities and communicate with suppliers.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and service providers.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance management and employee administration.
- Coordinate office administration and company asset management.
- Provide administrative support to management when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, procurement or a similar coordination role.
- Experience working with suppliers or external stakeholders is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Serbian (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
