We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Office - Dispatcher Manager to oversee and optimize daily office and dispatch operations.

This role is ideal for a disciplined and proactive professional with a strong background in logistics and team leadership, capable of ensuring operational efficiency, process consistency, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing and supervising all aspects of office and dispatch operations
• Leading, mentoring, and performance-managing dispatch and administrative personnel
• Planning, coordinating, and optimizing routes, schedules, and resource allocation
• Serving as a central point of coordination between drivers, clients, and internal departments
• Proactively identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing corrective measures
• Monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring continuous process improvement
• Ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and applicable industry regulations

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or dispatcher leadership position
• In-depth understanding of dispatch operations, logistics coordination, and workflow management
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a structured and accountable approach
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic operational environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
