An established multi-family office located in Zurich, with a strong focus on international clientele, is seeking a highly dynamic individual to fill the full-time position of Rep. Office Manager in Belgrade office. 

Responsibilities as our Rep.Office Manager

  • Manage daily office activities
  • Assistance with invoicing, preparation for bookkeeping (contracts, banking)
  • Maintain the office filing system
  • Outsourced office work from group companies
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records, such as in the CRM, property management data

Required Qualifications/Knowledge

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an international company
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus
  • Experience in bookkeeping and banking is an advantage

  • Have outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Be team-oriented
  • Be proactive and take initiative
