At WINFINITY, we bring energy, innovation and great people together to create exciting live entertainment experiences for players worldwide. Our Belgrade studio is just getting started, and we’re looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible Office Manager to join our team.

This role combines administrative tasks, management support and operational oversight of our office space and teams. This position is more than just "desk work", we are seeking someone who is present on the floor, communicates effectively with the team, anticipates their needs, and actively ensures the smooth daily functioning of our workspace.

Responsibilities

Support for Management:

Organizing and scheduling meetings
Coordinating business travel (flights, accommodation, transport)
Providing administrative and logistical support

Office & Procurement

Managing and tracking office supplies and equipment
Communicating with vendors and suppliers

Operational Management

Organizing and supervising the cleaning team responsible for the studio/office
Training and guiding staff according to internal standards and rules
Quality control of equipment and facility cleaning
Actively monitoring the office environment and resolving operational issue

Culture & Team Presence

Regular interaction and communication with employees
Gathering feedback and quickly resolving any office-related complaints
Being a "problem-solver" who anticipates needs before they become issues

Qualifications:

Experience in similar roles (Office Manager, Admin, Executive Assistant, or Operations Support)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proactivity and the ability to identify and solve problems independently
Responsibility and reliability while multitasking
Excellent proficiency in Serbian & English (B2 level is minimum)
Russian language is a plus, but not mandatory
