Office Operations Coordinator
Role Purpose
Provide administrative, finance, and office operations support to ensure smooth daily functioning of the company and accurate documentation processes.
Responsibilities:
Administration
- Support preparation of documents, contracts, certificates
- Coordinate with external accountant on all relevant processes
- Maintain administration files and documents
Finance & Accounting Support
- Process invoices and perform basic data entry
- Prepare and track financial documentation for the external accountant
- Assist with reconciliation and document collection
Office Operations
- Manage office logistics: lunch coordination, post office tasks, document management
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives
- Support daily administrative needs (APR submissions, document filing, scanning, etc.)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Strong organization, communication and attention to detail
- Good command of English
- Experience with external accountants is a plus
