ONBOARDING ASSISTANT

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

As an Onboarding Assistant you will be responsible for fulfilling listing templates, quality control and check of already completed templates and their uploading in to system. Additionally, you will give support new colleagues in the team and share your experience in onboarding. Your primary focus will be to manage merchants’ SKU's and changes in offer promptly and efficiently trough onboarding process. You will play a crucial role in making visible the offer on our marketplace, ensuring efficient onboarding of new merchants, and minimizing mistakes in descriptions and content on our platform. You will contribute to establishing our marketplace in Serbia and the overall success of our e-commerce business.

Key responsibilities:

• Filling out the listing template, control and verification of already-made templates
• Listing verified templates in to the system
• Training of new students/employees in the field of listing
• Performs other duties as ordered by the immediate

Essential skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team work, efficiency and positive attitude.
• MS Office (Excel) advanced level.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, working experience on entering data will be considered as a plus.
• English language (B1 level)
