Online Casino Administrator

Role Summary:

The Online Casino Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of online casino products, including game administration, website updates and promotional activities. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, QA testers and Customer Support to ensure accurate content, smooth game launches and timely resolution of technical issues. Additionally, the position supports performance monitoring, reporting and coordination of regulatory and certification processes across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Provides support in daily activities related to the maintenance and management of online casino products.
• Handles game administration, website content updates, collaboration with internal teams, bonus management within the casino back office and the creation of basic operational reports.
• Manages the positioning of games on the website.
• Updates casino banners, promotions and other visual elements according to instructions.
• Checks the accuracy of information displayed on casino pages across all markets.
• Collaborates with the team during new game launches and verifies functionality together with QA testers.
• Communicates with the Customer Support team regarding reported technical issues with games.
• Monitors Customer Support operational reports and escalates technical game-related issues when necessary.
• Works in providers’ back-office systems to monitor game performance and player activity.
• Creates promotional activities within the casino back office.
• Maintains the calendar of new games and coordinates certification processes with regulatory authorities across all operating markets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma in Economics, Law, Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced computer literacy and confident use of digital tools.
• Basic English language skills.
• No prior work experience required.
