What You’ll Be Doing

As our Sales Representative/Chatter, you’ll manage direct-message conversations on behalf of established OnlyFans creators, engage with subscribers, and turn conversations into sales. 

This is a performance-focused sales role within the adult creator industry. Your day-to-day work will involve chatting with subscribers through OnlyFans, building rapport, identifying buying opportunities, presenting paid content, handling objections, following up with subscribers, and working toward clearly defined revenue targets.

You’ll be trained in the messaging frameworks, sales methodologies, and conversion strategies that have been proven across our creator accounts. Rather than improvising, you’ll follow established processes while learning how to adapt your approach to different subscriber personalities, conversation styles, and situations.

Success in this role requires confidence, persistence, strong written communication, and the ability to sell naturally without making conversations feel forced, repetitive, or overly scripted."

Responsibilities

• Managing subscriber conversations across assigned creator accounts during scheduled shifts
• Building rapport with subscribers while maintaining each creator’s established personality, tone, and communication style, using established sales frameworks
• Following up with subscribers and re-engaging inactive or previously interested customers
• Handling objections and adapting conversations in a natural tone
• Keeping accurate notes on subscriber preferences, purchase history, and relevant conversation details
• Communicating clearly with managers when content, information, approval, or support is needed

Requirements

• Strong written English and the ability to communicate naturally, clearly, and persuasively
• Comfortable working with adult-oriented creator accounts and subscriber conversations
• Strong sales mindset with the confidence to initiate conversations, present offers, handle objections, and ask for the sale
• Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt your communication style to different subscriber personalities
• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Ability to follow scripts, sales frameworks, pricing guidelines, and established processes consistently
• Reliable attendance and the ability to remain focused throughout scheduled shifts

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, direct-message sales, or online chatting is preferred but not required
