Open Deck/Dry Van/Reefer Dispatcher (Remote)

Fleet Care Group Inc. is a professional logistics and dispatch company operating in the U.S. market since 2011. We work with trucking companies and owner-operators across the United States, helping them optimize daily operations through load planning, route coordination, broker communication, and dispatch support services.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for experienced dispatchers

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM (CT)
Salary: Commission-based salary (1.5% of gross revenue) + bonuses

Responsibilities

• Searching and booking the most profitable loads for drivers
• Planning and organizing routes and schedules
• Communicating with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Providing support to drivers during their trips
• Handling basic paperwork and documentation
• Maintaining and updating the company database with shipment details

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience with OD, DV, R
• Solid understanding of the U.S. freight market
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsibility and attention to detail
