Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities related to container transportation.
• Issue invoices and maintain operational documentation.
• Monitor shipments and container movements using carrier systems.
• Prepare transport orders for rail and truck operations.
• Track vessel schedules and ensure timely execution of shipments.
• Support the Operations team with administrative and operational tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in logistics or administration is welcome but not required.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
