Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and be involved in all aspects of daily business operations — from sales and procurement to logistics and basic technical support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and grow into a more senior role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities
• Communicate with customers and support sales processes
• Organize and monitor procurement and supply processes
• Coordinate warehouse activities and inventory status
• Handle customer complaints and provide basic technical support (inverters and related equipment)
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners
• Monitor stock levels and support process optimization
• Provide administrative support to sales and operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, sales, logistics, or similar roles is a plus
• Technical aptitude (experience with electrical equipment or solar systems is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) is a plus
