Operations Manager (E-Commerce)

The Role

We are hiring an Operations Manager to help manage our e-commerce operations.

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting growth across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate 3PL (third-party logistics) partners
• Ensure efficient order fulfillment, shipping, and returns
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Improve operational processes and reduce bottlenecks
• Work closely with customer service and marketing teams
• Support expansion into new markets

Who You Are

• 2–5+ years experience in operations or e-commerce
• Experience working with 3PL / logistics partners
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely with international teams
• Fluent in English
