We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations in Zambia, Kenya and Malawi. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market share in Zambia, Malawi and Kenya.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, business partners, and vendors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the sports betting and casino industry.
• Strong understanding of sports betting markets, products, and customer preferences.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
