Operations Representative

Belgrade | Office-based | Full-time, 8-hour shift 

Ready to build your career in U.S. transportation and logistics? 
We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented people to join our Operations team in Belgrade - in either Scheduling or Track & Trace. You'll help keep shipments moving by coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams. Which position you join depends on business needs and your own preferences and strengths. Previous industry experience is not required - our training and mentorship program will prepare you for the role. 

As an Operations Representative, you'll help keep shipments moving from pickup through delivery: 

• Coordinating with shippers, receivers, drivers, dispatchers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, and following up on dispatch, check-in, and appointment status
• Tracking freight location, estimated arrival, and delivery in transit
• Accurately updating shipment and delivery information in company systems
• Providing timely updates to Client Sales and Carrier Sales teams
• Identifying issues or delays early and resolving them proactively
• Maintaining strong, professional relationships with drivers, warehouses, and partners
