Operations Team Lead

A fully-funded stealth-mode startup with product-market fit is looking for a proven leader to direct workflows on its Operations team.

You will:

• Directly oversee the workflow of the Operations team
• Hire, train, and manage specialists in various fields
• Delegate work to your team members in a timely and understandable fashion
• Work alongside your team members to offload them when necessary
• Lead scrums, ensuring that each meeting is a valuable use of everyone’s time
• Take responsibility for ensuring that team culture aligns with company values
• Represent your team to the Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal departments
• Identify and exploit opportunities to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience with hands-on leadership of direct reports
• Experience implementing new efficiency processes
• Experience using web apps in a professional environment
• Technical and internet savvy
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
