SummaryThe MNO Account Manager is responsible for building and growing Proximus Global’s commercial relationships with Mobile Network Operators across Europe. The role balances acquiring new MNO partnerships and signing new commercial agreements with actively managing and optimising an existing portfolio of operator relationships to drive margin, protect routes, and unlock new revenue streams. You will be the commercial face of Proximus Global to mobile operators across A2P SMS, Rich Communications Services (RCS), and P2A messaging, working closely with internal pricing, routing, legal, product, and enterprise sales teams to close deals, stabilise prices, and protect against grey routes and Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in telecommunications procurement, carrier relations, CPaaS and mobile connectivity ecosystems, along with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
