Order Management Specialist

- Product Coordination -

Responsibilities:

• As a Product Coordinator, you ensure smooth collaboration between the different Supply Chain teams (sales, logistics, accounting and procurement)
• Coordinating the flow of information and administration between regional sales offices and suppliers regarding existing and new purchase orders
• Validating and following up on sales orders registered by the sales offices
• Monitoring deliveries and payments in close cooperation with the logistics and accounting teams
• Handling supplier claims related to price, weight and quality discrepancies
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels
• Providing support in the preparation and follow-up of accurate forecasts

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant field
• Several years of experience in Order Management or Supply Chain administration
• Knowledge of Incoterms, while maritime background is considered a plus
• Fluency in English
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and ability to establish relationships and collaborate with other teams
• Quick learner, detailed oriented with an ability to prioritise
• As a true team player, you quickly find your way across different departments and enjoy working in a highly demanding and constantly changing environment
