YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research, development, and implementation of new video technologies and solutions
• Participation in development projects and coordination of activities with system integrators
• Coordination and supervision of installations, upgrades, and improvements of video infrastructure and equipment
• Analysis of system performance and recommendation of technological improvements
• Testing of new equipment, software versions, and architecture for video services
• Planning the development of video platform infrastructure and capacity, including the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Knowledge of Ubuntu and/or other widely used Linux distributions
• Knowledge of Linux-based technologies and services (Bash, Git, basic shell scripting, etc.)
• Knowledge of video formats
• Analytical approach to work and results-oriented mindset
• Good command of the English language

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with one or more of the following Linux-based technologies: Nginx, QEMU, Collectd, nftables, Linux networking technologies and protocols, virtualization, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), system and network monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Alerta, etc.)
• Experience in designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Linux-based systems and services
• Experience working with various video formats and video encoding
• Ability to independently handle complex tasks
• Knowledge of different types of hardware
