Position Overview
Dannebro Strategic is seeking a motivated and internationally minded Part-Time Sales & Marketing Support professional through its subcontracted partner Nordic Direct Finance.

Dannebro Strategic is a U.S.-based company with U.S./Danish ownership that assists SMEs with:

  • Export development
  • Establishing operations in the USA
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Market entry into the USA, Canada, and South America
  • International business development and expansion support

The position is ideal for a student, junior professional, or internationally oriented candidate interested in sales, international business, export promotion, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support outbound sales and client acquisition activities
  • Conduct direct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and online platforms
  • Perform cold calling and follow-up communication with prospective clients
  • Identify SME companies with export and international expansion potential
  • Assist in arranging client meetings and presentations
  • Participate in trade fairs, conferences, networking events, and webinars
  • Help represent Dannebro Strategic and Nordic Direct Finance at business events
  • Assist in promoting company services online and offline
  • Support LinkedIn and digital marketing activities
  • Research target industries, companies, export opportunities, and potential clients
  • Assist in identifying international trade fairs and business events
  • Support preparation of presentations, proposals, offers, and marketing materials
  • Research national export subsidy and export promotion programs that may financially support SME companies in purchasing Dannebro Strategic’s services
  • Assist in pairing companies with IFI-supported export promotion, internationalisation, and marketing support programs that can help finance Dannebro Strategic’s advisory services
  • Research relevant support opportunities from export councils, chambers of commerce, development agencies, and international financial institutions
  • Use AI tools and digital platforms to improve efficiency and research quality
  • Coordinate communication with external partners and consultants
  • Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and lead tracking
  • Maintain organized records of outreach and marketing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence speaking with businesses and potential clients
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Interest in international business, exports, and sales
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms
  • Willingness to travel for trade fairs, business events, and business meetings
