We are seeking:

Payroll Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely driver settlements and payroll processing. You will work closely with drivers, dispatch, accounting, and other internal departments to maintain financial accuracy while providing outstanding support and communication.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing weekly driver payroll and settlements
• Reviewing and verifying loads, fuel, tolls, advances, deductions, and reimbursements
• Calculating and applying payroll adjustments and deductions
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and investigating payment-related issues
• Communicating with drivers regarding settlements, payments, and payroll inquiries
• Coordinating with dispatch, safety, accounting, and other departments to ensure accurate payroll data
• Preparing and sending driver settlement statements
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation
• Working with internal payroll and transportation management systems
• Performing data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Assisting with month-end reconciliation and payroll reporting
• Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and within deadlines
• Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in Payroll, Driver Payroll, Accounting, or Transportation Payroll (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• General experience working in the transportation or trucking industry is considered an advantage
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism
