It has more than 13,000 employees worldwide and represents the 11th largest tire manufacturer in the world. The company Toyo Tire Serbia was established in 2019, and construction of a plant started in 2020, with production kicked off in 2022. The plant encompasses Tire Test track and the first bifacial and currently the largest Solar Power plant in Serbia.
Job description:
- Help develop and implement a strategic talent development plan with focus on continuous skill development, succession planning, and career pathing specific to the tire industry, aligned with our organizational goals and business outcomes;
- Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments to identify skill gaps, development needs, and growth opportunities;
- Ensure succession and development plans are up to date for key roles;
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, and workshops as needed to enhance employee skills and competencies;
- Offer guidance on available learning resources, mentorship, and growth opportunities within the company;
- Leverage technology and tools to deliver, monitor, and assess people development programs;
- Help design and implement industry-specific assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of people development programs;
- Continuously participate in refining our student internship program that aligns with our organization's needs and goals while providing meaningful learning opportunities for students;
- Help facilitate the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of student interns;
- Plan and coordinate events, networking opportunities, and workshops to enrich the intern experience;
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, department heads, HR, and subject matter experts (internal and external) to ensure that development initiatives align with industry regulations and organizational objectives;
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies;
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and learning by creating platforms for the exchange of best practices and expertise;
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability in executing people development program activities;
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, including an understanding of different cultural norms, communication styles, and the ability to adapt to diverse perspectives and experiences.
Profile:
- University degree, BcS in social studies, economy, business administration
- Experience in talent management and performance management
- Previous experience working in production environment is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Well understanding of human realtions and team concept and team work
