What matters to us

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a generalist HR/People and Culture role, ideally in an international environment.
  • Understanding of HR processes and adapting them to people, not the other way around.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, hands on and adaptable to change.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken), German is an advantage

Your contribution to our company

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on People and Culture topics, procedures, processes and best practices.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, pre/onboarding, performance management, development, engagement and offboarding).
  • Lead and support employer branding activities (e.g. career events, faculty partnerships, educational visits and programs) to strengthen company reputation.
  • Partner with managers on talent development and employee relations topics.
  • Contribute to the implementation of P&C initiatives such as employee engagement survey, mentoring programs, performance reviews etc.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate and grow with the wider People and Culture team on global/regional level.
