What We Are Looking For:

Do you have a passion for people? Are you a servant leader? If so, Acadia is seeking a highly organized and proactive People Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our HR operations. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding while maintaining accurate systems, responsive support, and scalable processes. This is an execution-focused role designed to own core operational workflows, improve efficiency, and enable the People team to operate more strategically as the company continues to grow.

What You’ll Do:

HR Operations and Systems Ownership

  • Own day-to-day HRIS administration (employee data changes, audits, reporting accuracy)
  • Ensure data integrity across all employee lifecycle events (hires, transfers, promotions, terminations)
  • Maintain and continuously improve HR documentation, workflows, and SOPs
  • Manage and organize digital personnel files to ensure compliance and audit readiness

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Own onboarding logistics end-to-end (offer to Day 1 readiness), including system setup, communications, and coordination across teams
  • Manage offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and employee communications
  • Execute personnel changes (title, compensation, reporting lines) with accuracy and timeliness
  • Serve as the primary owner of onboarding experience logistics (not strategy, but execution)

Employee Support and HR Help Desk

  • Act as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries (policies, benefits, systems, employment verification, etc.)
  • Triage and resolve requests or escalate appropriately
  • Track trends in employee questions to identify gaps in communication or resources

Employee Experience and Engagement Execution

  • Execute employee engagement initiatives (events, recognition programs, internal communications)
  • Support rollout of company-wide programs (surveys, engagement initiatives, cultural moments)
  • Partner with HR leadership to bring engagement strategies to life (this is execution-heavy)

Surveys and People Data Support

  • Administer employee surveys (Office vibe, Polly, etc.)
  • Compile and organize survey results for leadership review
  • Track participation rates and follow up to drive completion
  • Support basic reporting needs (turnover, engagement, headcount tracking)

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field
  • Experience working in an HRIS
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative
