We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join us in a hybrid role — two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) in our Belgrade office — someone who lives in the numbers and gets genuine satisfaction from a well-run campaign, a clean dashboard, and a performance report that actually tells a story.
In this role, you'll plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other major platforms — building audiences, managing budgets, and running tests to find what converts. Just as important, you'll own the analytics behind it all: tracking performance, digging into the data, and turning what you find into clear conclusions and concrete recommendations for where to spend next.
You'll also support backlink outreach, brand reputation monitoring, keeping the broader marketing engine running smoothly — but campaigns and performance analysis will be the core of your week.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who doesn't just report the numbers, but interprets them. You spot the underperforming ad set before anyone asks, you know why CPL moved last week, and you come to the table with a recommendation, not just a chart.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across all major platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and others).
- Build and refine audiences, and set up targeting and retargeting strategies that improve over time.
- Manage and forecast ad budgets, monitor ROI and cost-per-lead, and recommend budget reallocation based on performance.
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences — and document what wins and why.
- Analyze campaign data to draw clear conclusions: identify trends, diagnose underperformance, and translate findings into actionable next steps.
- Track key metrics, maintain campaign dashboards, and deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations — not just numbers.
- Benchmark against competitors and monitor review platforms (Clutch, Trustpilot, Capterra, Google Reviews).
- Coordinate with contractors on ad copy, visuals, UGC, and content production to keep campaigns fed with fresh creative.
- Support backlink-building initiatives and outreach partnerships.
- Maintain brand consistency and reputation standards across all digital touchpoints.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on at least two major platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working in analytics and reporting tools, interpreting campaign data, and building performance reports and dashboards.
- Experience managing ad budgets and making data-backed optimization decisions.
- A testing mindset: you form hypotheses, run experiments, and let results guide the next move.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and backlink outreach.
Highly organized, detail-focused, with excellent written communication.
