At Dr.Max, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Manager to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels. Your focus will be on increasing website traffic, improving search visibility, enhancing customer acquisition, and maximizing the performance of digital campaigns through data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, programmatic, and retargeting channels to maximize ROI and business performance.
• Analyze campaign and website performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Content, Social Media, and SEO/GEO/AEO specialists to improve cross-channel performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives and continuously optimize digital campaigns, landing pages, user journeys, and creatives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to support local and regional digital marketing activities.
• Ensure technical SEO/GEO/AEO compliance by working closely with developers to improve website structure, page speed, indexing, and crawlability.
• Monitor organic search performance and provide regular reports with optimization recommendations.
• Develop and implement on-site and off-site SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, site architecture improvements, link-building activities, and backlink profile management.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing, search engine, and AI-driven search trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

What we are looking for

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree), preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and website performance best practices.
• Experience with SEO/GEO/AEO strategies and their impact on modern search ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions.
• Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and digital performance reporting.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
