We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for managing the official documentation processes of our employees working in Serbia, including residence permits, work permits, passports, and other required documents.
Job Description:
- Follow and manage documentation processes for employees working in Serbia
- Handle passport, visa, residence permit, and work permit procedures
- Prepare and track required official applications and documentation
- Communicate with consulates, government institutions, and consultancy companies
- Maintain and update personnel files regularly
- Check missing documents and ensure timely completion of all procedures
- Provide operational support for international assignment processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experienced in official documentation and residency procedures
- Careful, organized, and detail-oriented in official document processes
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Responsible and solution-oriented
- English language skills are preferred
