Pharmacy Sales Representative (West Serbia)

We are currently recruiting for the role of:

Pharmacy Sales Representative (West Serbia)

Key responsibilities:

• Promote and represent the company’s product portfolio across pharmacies in the assigned territory (West Serbia)
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers
• Present products, communicate their key benefits and value propositions, and provide pharmacy staff with relevant product information
• Develop and implement commercial activities and promotional initiatives in private pharmacies, in line with company strategy and agreed objectives
• Plan and organize weekly field activities, prioritizing pharmacies and customers based on business potential and sales objectives
• Achieve agreed sales targets and drive product visibility, availability, and sell-out within the assigned territory
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, providing relevant insights to management
• Identify new business opportunities and support the development of long-term partnerships with pharmacies
• Prepare regular reports on sales results, customer visits, market activities, and field performance
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure effective execution of commercial and promotional plans

Candidate's profile:

• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Representative is an advantage
• Category B driving licence and active driver
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong results-oriented approach
