Who we are?

We're a fast-moving marketing agency working with content creators in the adult industry (OnlyFans and similar platforms). We run large-scale social media campaigns across Instagram and other platforms to grow our creators' audiences.

Our operations run on a fleet of smartphones — and we need someone sharp to run it. ?

To be clear up front: this role is on the marketing/operations side. You won't create adult content yourself, but the accounts and campaigns you manage promote creators in the adult niche, so you need to be fully comfortable working in this industry.

The role:

You'll be the owner of our phone operations: a fleet of devices, each running social media accounts that power our clients' campaigns.

This is not a routine job with a manual to follow. Things break, platforms change their rules overnight, accounts get flagged — and your job is to figure it out and keep everything running.

Day to day, you will:

• Manage and maintain a fleet of smartphones running active social media accounts
• Set up new devices and accounts, and "warm them up" properly
• Keep content posting on schedule across all accounts
• Troubleshoot constantly: bans, verifications, app updates, proxy issues, device problems — you find the fix
• Track what's working, spot problems before they grow, and report clearly
• Improve/prioritize : if you find a faster or smarter way to do something, we want it

• You're a problem-solver by nature. When something is blocked, you don't wait for instructions — you test, search, and find a way through.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You treat the operation like it's your own business: you look for what can be improved, not just what you were told to do.
• You're organized and reliable. Dozens of devices and accounts means nothing can run on memory alone.
• You're motivated by money and growth. We built this role for someone who wants to earn more by delivering more — not for someone looking for a quiet job.
• You're comfortable with smartphones and social media apps. Experience with multi-account management, proxies, or automation tools is a big plus, but not required — resourcefulness matters more.
• You're comfortable with the adult industry. No judgment, full discretion, and a professional attitude toward the creators we work with.
• You're discreet and trustworthy. You'll handle accounts and creator information that require confidentiality.
• Good written-spoken English (our working language).
• You are 18 or older (required, given the industry).

What we offer

• $600–900/month to start, depending on profile
• Performance bonuses from month one — when the operation runs well and grows, you earn more. You can progress to a Manager that can earn $2–3k+, with the possibility to become partner (even more $ and a % of the agency)
