REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A higher professional degree in pedagogy or a minimum completed course for babysitters
• One year of experience in tourism in the same or similar jobs is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, kindness, and guest-oriented approach
• Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of additional European languages (German, Italian, etc.) is an advantage
• High level of personal grooming and professionalism

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting daily educational and entertainment programs for children aged 3–12 in the kids’ club
• Communicating and collaborating with parents/guests regarding the needs and well-being of children
• Actively participating in games, creative workshops, sports, and themed activities
• Adapting activities to the age, interests, and needs of the children
• Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for children’s play and stay
• Keeping records of children's arrivals, attendance, and departures from the club
• Providing babysitting services for children aged 0–3, in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
• Attending to children's hygiene and basic needs during their stay
• Participating in the preparation and organization of special events for children (Maro Disco, evening kids’ programs, themed nights, excursions, activity days)
• Following hotel rules and safety standards, especially when working with young children
