Our customer is a German / Austrian company and one of the market leaders worldwide in its segment. In the course of further expansion, the following position will be occupied at its location in Serbia.

Plantmanager (m/f) Serbia

Your tasks

  • Management, coordination and control of production
  • Leading a team of approx. 300 employees
  • Ensuring the production plan an production quality
  • Predictive capacity and production planning (just-in-time)
  • Continuous optimization of production processes
  • Implementation and further development of the latest production technologies (lean management)
  • Budget and result responsibility for the responsible area
  • Implementation of the management requirements
  • Interface function to the group

Your profile

  • Technical education (eg. mechanical engineering)
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Experience in the fields of steel construction, welding and assembly technology is desirable
  • Knowledge of modern production technologies and lean management methods
  • ERP experience - ideally SAP
  • Negotiable English skills, ideally German knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with high social competence
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Leadership competence
  • High self-responsibility
  • Intercultural skills
