About the Position:

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize production processes in the surface treatment department
• Analyze processes and troubleshoot issues in electroplating and other production areas
• Support the achievement of KPI targets (productivity, costs, on-time delivery, safety)
• Provide technical expertise in product development and cost optimization projects
• Conduct workshops and employee training in the field of electroplating
• Create and improve procedures and work instructions
• Implement Green Company initiatives and continuously optimize production facilities
• Identify and eliminate process non-conformities

Your Profile:

• University degree in Technology Engineering and/or Chemistry
• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred, particularly in electroplating or surface treatment
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and KPI metrics
• Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proactive and analytical approach to work
