REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma
• No prior work experience required
  
• Knowledge of at least one foreign language is desirable
  
• Communicative, polite, guest-oriented

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Performes support tasks in serving, pouring, and issuing food and drinks
• Prepares the inventory and serving area
• Maintaines cleanliness of tableware, service, and preparation areas
• Setts and cleares tables
• Knows and applies department SOP
• Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
