REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma
• No prior work experience required

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepares the required quantity of ingredients, choppes and processes them until final preparation
• Responsiblle for the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Prepares meals, starters, and desserts according to standards
• Assists in food preparation and serving
• Independent prepares of simple meals
• Helps maintain the work area
• Properly and responsible uses kitchen inventory, equipment and devices
• Knows and applies department SOP
• Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
